A village in the trees

As if floating over the estate, seven new villas take you to new heights at the Hostellerie de Levernois.

The Hostellerie de Levernois takes a new step forward in the exclusive and timeless elegance of its services. Seven new villas have found their place in the heart of the park, offering a rare, unique and exotic experience to travellers in search of an original getaway. Architects Christophe Tollemer and Claude Correia orchestrated this metamorphosis, fusing art and functionality to create exceptional spaces.

Masterful hands

Born from the inspiration of two eminent architects Christophe Tollemer and Claude Correia, the new villas epitomise the perfect harmony between contemporary style and the charm of nature revisited. The former, renowned for his expertise in combining innovation and authenticity, and the latter, a master of understated elegance, have created an architectural complex of magnificent splendour.

Their imagination is matched only by their singular vision of the world. They reinvent it, shape it into inhabitable works of art. Creating emotion, inspiration and constantly reinventing themselves while respecting natural spaces - that is their daily challenge. Under the discreet but determined eye of "Mademoiselle", they have breathed new life into the Hostellerie de Levernois.

The seven villas transcend, disconcert and offer an extraordinary experience for guests, who can now find new vitality high up in the heart of nature, in infinite comfort.

An architectural masterpiece

At the Hostellerie de Levernois, serenity is also be found under the hundred-year-old trees. Christopher Tollemer drew on his expertise to enable this crazy project to happen: a village in the trees! "The idea is to create a new vision of the Hostellerie de Levernois, with the emphasis on movement within the park. Each guest, in his or her own home, must have a "framed view," he states.

Claude Correia was attracted to this project, in which nature regains its rightful place. "We wanted a luminous and elegant atmosphere. We wanted to create a multi-dimensional space. Working together enabled us to recreate the joy and generosity embodied by the estate and the house."

A sanctuary of well-being

Nothing has been left to chance. Everything has been designed to make each villa a veritable perched paradise. From the layout, fine materials, and impeccable finishes to subtle integrations with the surrounding nature to define these spaces and blend them perfectly with the trees that surround them.

"It's all about using simple techniques and eco-friendly materials. Rooms need to be bright, with plenty of natural light," explains Christophe Tollemer. So, with this in mind, even exposure to sunlight was considered. "I attach great importance to light variations. They're essential for recreating particular atmospheres at different times of the day and evening," stresses the architect.

A huge gamble that required vast work. But the final result is definitely worth the trouble! The moment visitors enter the estate gates, they can see the perched wooden villas in the distance. This rooftop village, seemingly weightless, complements the surrounding vegetation without detracting from it. And it certainly leaves no one indifferent.
