At the end of a dreamy night

Surrounded by greenery, L’Hostellerie de Levernois offers an enchanting setting. This bourgeois residence hosts its guests in rooms and suites of discreet charm.

We often feel a compelling desire… to breathe fresh air, sleep in a room of rare luxury. Amidst its perfectly trimmed hedges, this lovely residence offers refined accommodation worthy of a 5-star hotel. Here, in harmony with nature, in a 14.8-acre park, it welcomes guests to bespoke stays, privacy and discreet attention.   A charming “hostellerie” offering 22 rooms and 4 suites in 3 buildings, all with their own identities: antique furniture of quality, tasteful decor, noble materials. You cast off your moorings and come back to life… In something like a fountain of youth.

La Maison

On the 1st and 2nd floors, La Maison proposes six luxurious rooms and suites. Basic values have been defined and permeate everyday life: sincerity, generosity, service of sheer excellence. With a personalised welcome, one wonders when handed the keys: how could I ever leave this cocoon, I feel so completely at ease? The team welcomes guests with smiles, attentiveness, kindness and delicacy. One could well spend a little time basking in this soothing atmosphere, which triggers a disconcerting feeling of well-being! The main building also accommodates   the Reception, Le Bar, La Table de Levernois (Michelin star), and Le Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau.

Le Pavillon

In the midst of the park, 12 spacious rooms are to be discovered at garden level in Le Pavillon, in osmosis with nature thanks to their private terraces overlooking greenery. With cosy, refined decor, these rooms opt for warm colours… The glow of an expressive, visual style.  The relaxed ambiance is enhanced by light streaming through French windows. A balance between discreet luxury and the patina of time, these rooms keep their promises of spaciousness, comfort and dreams. You feel dazzling intensity, radiant serenity.

Le Meix des Glycines

Finally, the 18th-C. building Le Meix des Glycines offers 8 rooms and suites (on the 1st and 2nd floors). The accent here is on harmonious warm tones and fabrics, Burgundy stone, tinted ash, silk velvet, delicate lighting, all giving a strong identity. Focusing on harmony, the decor of these rooms and suites is imbued with refinement, guaranteeing a feeling of serenity as soon as one arrives. Here, you slip back in time through the stylishness of the past… The first Junior Suite is a cocoon with a superb oak rafter and authenticity embodied by stone walls and parquet floors with a patina. The second Junior Suite offers a charming mural hearth, complementing a period wardrobe and wood parquet floors.

On the 2nd floor of Le Meix des Glycines, the “Chambre Tradition” also basks in the subtle fragrance of authenticity: oak parquet floor, exposed stone walls, beams, a sloping ceiling, and  materials in shades of raspberry…

This strange, spell-binding desire… We set down our bags to  release our souls, free our bodies and take a pause from ideas. A sense of hospitality echoes delicate, prompt service; time stands still on our inner clocks. Century-old trees reach for the sky, adding a pastoral touch to this intimate setting. In this refuge of peacefulness, the rooms (Prestige, Caractère with red tile floors, Burgundy stone walls, herringbone parquet, Charme, the warmth of wood, soft shades for linen and velvet, Pavillon, Tradition, and the suites (Village, Parc) all offer 5-star comfort and mellowness… A tale of wonder, One Thousand and One Nights…

Focus: A village on the roof

At the Hostellerie de Levernois, guests will discover the seven new suites designed by Burgundy architect Claude Correia and interior architect Christophe Tollemer. "The villas will be built of wood with Burgundy's traditional roofs," explains General Manager Axel Nérin. It will thus be possible to stay in the midst of the 14.82-acre park. Our two architects are free spirits, full of imagination, who re-invent the world... "Architecture is all about emotion! And inspiration comes from nature, with care for precision," says eco-responsible architect Claude Correia. Avant-garde ideas shared by his counterpart, Christophe Tollemer: "A project is always preceded by a phase for reflection. The living space must come alive." By eliminating anything superfluous, retaining only the truly essential… A kind of glorification.
