Works by Paul Day are currently on display at the Fine Arts Museum in Beaune, until September 21st, 2025. The exhibition is comprised of about 100 sculptures and drawings covering a period of 25 years in the artist’s life.
Paul Day is a British sculptor living in Burgundy, France. For over 30 years, he has developed a unique approach to high-relief sculpture, carrying out many private and public commissions from around the world. His most famous works to date are undoubtedly the “Meeting Place” sculpture in the St Pancras railway station in London, 9 metres tall, and the Battle of Britain Memorial on the Victoria Embankment, also in London. He has public works in the USA and many sculptures in private collections.
